I dont beleive that anyone can say "suck it up" with what goes on over there. They are made to go over there and guard poppy fields for the opium industry there, there is no war on terror just a war on oil. If there was truly a war on terror Obama would cease to be the president as he is our nations biggest threat to our great nation. Do you know they estimated the war in Afghanistan will keep on for the next 10 years ATLEAST? very possibly even 20. How many people have to die before its over? I believe every soldier and American should be ready to defend our country when there is truly a threat. But our government is our biggest threat right now. And have you heard about what goes on in those countries? There are soldiers being encouraged and forced by their commanding officers to shoot civilians doing nothing other than walking down the street. To bomb a dozen people to get one man. In some war zones the streets are littered with corpses and the streams are read with dead bodies. Why would any person want to engage in those kinds of acts against humanity? Ask any soldier who has come back from the war if they want to go back. So many of our soldiers are just kids out of high school told by some recruiting officer that they will get a 30,000 sign on bonus and tour the world and many have babies to support so they sign up to make a living having no idea whats really going to happen. The same thing happened to my ex husband. If you feel they should "suck it up" then you can suck it up and put your life on the line for the governments stupid oil and leave your wife and babies behind. And do what they said they would? Obama should do what he said he would and BRING OUR TROOPS HOME! Maybe thats why so many people signed up after he said that because they beleived he would!
