I dont care if I sound like a commie, tree-hugging, business-hating, over-regulating, Marxist whinypants for saying this, but every car manufacturer should be required by law to include a full size spare tire with every vehicle sold. The temporary spare NEVER has air in it, and its just as dangerous to drive to the gas station looking for air to pump up that under-inflated donut as it is to drive around with a flat!
