I dont care if someone feels the need to have a little work done, especially if theyre in the entertainment biz where looks are everything. Im not saying its right, but thats how things are and if they want to keep working, sometimes this is what they need to do (yes, even men, but a lot less often than women). But I find it profoundly disturbing when they dont even look like themselves anymore. And I LOVED Renee Zellwegers real face. This so bums me out.
