I dont care what a judge says. Taking pictures up womens skirts in public is deviant behavior that should be punishable by law. She used the words disturbing and repellant to describe the action but said that it didnt violate privacy laws. Bullsh. Taking pictures of women sunbathing at the pool or the beach is disturbing and repellant and doesnt violate privacy rights. That isnt what we are talking about here. This guy purposefully sought a perspective that circumvented their in order to snap pictures that captured their private parts. To say that doesnt violate someones privacy is absurd.
