I dont do religious posts, but I just have to say something. When it comes to Christianity, either you are in or youre out. You cant have it both ways. Jesus preached nonviolence and said to forgive your enemies and pray for them. He said not to judge. He said to help the poor, to feed the hungry, to visit those in prison. He did not say to hate ISIS and go in and blow them to bits. He did not say to hate gays. He did not say to hate Obama or Romney, liberals or conservatives, Democrats or Republicans, gun owners or anti-gun people. He did not say to live a life of comfort and luxury and ignore the starving people of the world. He did not say to turn down people who ask for help because you arent sure if they are scamming you. I am not worthy to be called a Christian, given the above. Believing in him means following his example and his words. Therefore, I dont pray for much. Why would he do what I ask when I dont do what he asks? Still, I pray for acceptance of Gods will and I pray for others.
