I dont doubt the existence of good cops. Anything is possible. Kinda like Bigfoot, I just wish Id see one in real life so that there would finally be definitive proof. (And no, I dont actually believe theres a Bigfoot. But anything is possible.) And just because they are in LEAP doesnt mean they are good. How many in LEAP would let someone go for driving without a drivers license, which is not a crime because there is no victim? How many of them would arrest a fellow officer for committing a crime? How many of them would expose any corruption in their department? Again, Im not saying there arent any good cops out there, Ive just never met or heard about a cop that met all the criteria to be considered a good one. Though Ive certainly met many that are better than the average dill holes out there. JR
