I dont even know where to begin. Last night was seriously nothing short of magical. I will start by praising You Lord. Thank you for bringing us all together for such an amazing cause. The smiles, tears of joy, and hope that blossomed rite before our eyes was more then just inspiring. It was life changing. Together Heroes In Black alongside Hero Certified Burgers & Ride2Reach, fed 3 youth shelters in Toronto simultaneously as we Marched through the downtown core feeding and clothing the homeless live and direct. THEN we ended the March at The Rivoli where we showcased music and spoken word from youth that currently live in shelters to industry professionals for a chance to win 4 hours of recording time, a professional photo-shoot, an article written about them in a magazine, $100 and some Angel Armour apparel. To our surprise, there was actually a tie for the grand prize. So we decided to give it to both of them. But it didnt stop there, we had Illvibe Heavyaux holding down the videography for the event and he was so moved by it all that he threw in a FREE MUSIC VIDEO for the winners as well. THEN, one of the youth at the shelters we fed mentioned they were a cook and was hired rite on the spot by Hero Certified Burgers. I truly cant express in words the depth of amazingness that took place last night at the Heroes March 2014, but I can say this: WE DID IT HEROES! Special thanx goes to Yaamon Mark W & Don Quincy for all the amazing pictures you took! To Marcos Mendosa for his amazing performance and heartfelt speech. I also would like to thank everyone who has supported us since day one. You all are MY Hero!
