I dont expect to make personal decisions--birth control or otherwise--for others. I also do not expect to be forced to pay for those personal decisions, especially if they conflict with my personal religious beliefs. When Gary and I were working for minimum wage, we had no health insurance and we made the responsible choice to pay for our own birth control. There were probably times when it meant forgoing doing something more fun with that $10.00 (back in 1981), but we still made sure we took care of the necessities first. I didnt expect someone else to pay for it. I certainly would not have expected someone who personal religious convictions were against birth control. I dont understand the shift in only 30 years from its my responsibility to, its my employers responsibility or its Uncle Sams responsibility!
