I dont get why people are so shocked and saddened by these results. We have been fed a line for as long as we have been alive, and the SAD thing here is that we have CHOSEN to believe it! How the hell are we supposed to raise generations of strong intelligent people of ANY color when we still believe that WHITE IS RIGHT and BLACK IS WHACK!!! Why is it that we blow up the television with images of us twerking, wearing our pants under our asses, with gold teeth and blonde hair, wit ridiculously over sized jewelry, but stores of us graduating from universities with first class honors, accomplishing great feats before the age of 30, inventing useful and important equipment, becoming residents of colleges and universities are treated as AND AS IN OTHER NEWS... The SHOCKING thing here is that WE LET IT HAPPEN... This just reiterates my point that WE DONT CARE ENOUGH ABOUT OURSELVES TO MAKE SHIT HAPPEN. And Im not talking about protesting here ...Im talking about RAISING POSITIVE AND SELF ASSURED CHILDREN WHO WILL DEMAND THAT THE STEREOTYPE BE CHANGED!!!
