I dont have any problem with complaining to a manager about piss poor servers. I work in retail. If I dont treat my favorite customer the same as a new customer they might never come back. Customers are everything. So drop your pisy attitude and put a smile on your face. Sorry not sorry, but you just lost your tip and you got a complaint. Keep your work life separate from your personal life. Glad my bosses would set me straight if I didnt greet our customers with a smile on my face and the respect they deserve.
