I dont have to pretend Im Irish. I have a DNA test that shows nearly 50% of my blood is Irish. Before the test, I had assumed it was about 20% to 25%. Maybe they found a lot of Guinness in the sample. Anyway, the weekend was a bit of a downer because Carol and I have been sick--in sickness and in health, right? Carol had a temperature Sunday of 102 and and Im feeling a bit crummy, but managed to play nurse. Our planned corned beef and cabbage had to be postponed--maybe Monday, which is the actual St. Paddys Day anyway.
