I dont know Kellie Stowe, I actually REALLY like this! I think this little guy is amazing, and his parents are great for letting him keep trying like he is. He is obviously not alone. He at least has some sort of parental supervision and he is in a more or less controlled environment. Unless someone comes speeding around the corner (drunk/stoned/or otherwise) hes about as safe as he can be as there dont seem to be all that many parks and/or fenced yards for the boy to play in, and as hes in his most fundamental growing stage right now, he needs all the room he can get to grow/expand, both physically and mentally. It looks like his parents are letting him learn for himself (hopefully only to an extent) what he is capable of doing instead of demanding others do everything for him. And this gives him a sense of pride and accomplishment as well. He did this. HE did this on his own, his parents didnt help him and his big brothers and sisters didnt help him. He managed to fall down, scrape his knee, and he didnt even cry which proves hes a big boy now.
