I dont know a lot about political ethics, but it seems like if you follow the Thoreau civil disobedience logic with a Foucault deconstruction of all currently prescient laws, you would generally be left with a conclusion to commit civil disobedience against the very idea of government itself by its continual historic motivation to enact laws that harm others. Please let me know if you agree because I could keep this in my back pocket to give progressive liberals identity crises.
