I dont know about you, but I love cream in my coffee. It wasnt on sale this week though, so I didnt buy any. Instead I got a can of Coconut Milk down the ethnic food aisle. Just 3 ingredients! I scooped the fat off it, which wasnt much because I purposely got the low fat version for a recipe this week. It had enough cream for 2 cups of coffee, the perfect light coconut taste and LOW calories. I even am able to still use the milk in our stir fry tonight still! So although it wasnt necessarily cheaper than the non sale creamer, it became a dual purpose can of milk to tide me over until Wednesday!
