I dont know about you, but I would not dine there, and most certainly would not work there. Tipping is a gratuity, get it? Its gratuitous.To show gratitude for good service. About the only time I WONT tip is when a restaurant tells me I HAVE TO by trying to automatically add it to my check. I REFUSE! Like Quentin Tarantinos rant at the beginning of Reservoir Dogs, its not about the money, its about not having a choice in the matter. The one time I ate in a restaurant that tried to pull this, I got pissed off, didnt tip at all, and never went there again. I also made a point to tell the waiter that the policy just knocked them out of money because I usually always tipped more than the 18% they were trying to add. Pitiful.
