I dont know about you but for me making a roast is at the beginning quite chilled then towards the end a flurry of activity trying to get everything ready at the same time! Which equsls a very flustered and stressed out Mrs V, especially with two little ones round my feet! So last night I decided to try for a lamb roast (on a school night) and use my tmx and its accessories in as many ways as possible. So whilst the lamb and pots were in the oven I had my veg steaming in the varoma, my gravey going round in the TMX bowl and my Thermoserve ready to keep my veg hot when it was ready! What a relaxed way of cooking! The Thermoserve saved me from being frantic at the end as I could have everything ready in advance and the gravy in the tm bowl saved me stirting and stirring over a hot stove! It is the way forward!
