I dont know how many of you heard about the Missouri inmate who was convicted as an accomplish in the robbery of a convenience store manager. He was convicted in 2000 and sentenced to 13 years in prison, after his conviction he went home to put his things in order and waited to be taken to prison, they never came. He did not try to hide from the police or anything. The mistake wasnt discovered until it came time to release him from prison. Well a warrant was issued for him and he was arrested at a game where he coach little kids. He was arrested in front of his family and the public. Since his conviction he had started a construction company and had married and had a child. He had also started coach local kids. He was a changed man. Well after a little over a month in prison he appeared in court, where his case had been taken under review. The judge ruled that their had been a clerical error and that since his conviction he had turned his life around and had became a citizen in good standing in the community, the judge commuted his sentence and released him. From what I have read about this incident I really think that justice was served in his case.
