I dont know how the Final 4 is going to shake out in the college - TopicsExpress

I dont know how the Final 4 is going to shake out in the college football playoff poll, when the final poll is released Sunday afternoon… But I do know who should be ranked number one. Oregon is the best, most dominant team Ive seen all season, based on their blowout of a very talented Arizona team, in last nights Pac-10 championship game. This has nothing to do with the fact that I graduated from Duck U. I could care less about that. I truly dont care if they win it all or go winless…but Arizona is a tough team…They beat Oregon in Eugene, earlier in the season. And the Pac-10 is a very good league. But the Ducks are finally healthy and theyve got the best player in college football, QB Marcus Mariota, who all but wrapped up the Heisman Trophy last night. The U of O has been knocking on the door of a national championship for the last several years. I think this is the year they finally kick it in. If Alabama struggles at all against Missouri today, Oregon will probably be ranked number one in the final playoff poll. I think TCU is going to absolutely crush Iowa State. So I think the only way Baylor makes the final four, is if they demolish Kansas State, the way Oregon manhandled the U of A. Baylors only shot at making the playoffs, is to beat K-State and get some help from Georgia Tech, who could beat Florida State, or Wisconsin, who should beat Ohio State. But when all is said and done at this time tomorrow… I think your final four will be Oregon, Alabama, TCU and Florida State. Then on New Years Day, Oregon will play Florida State in the Rose Bowl and Alabama will meet TCU in the Sugar Bowl. The winners collide at Jerry World in Arlington, January 12, for the national championship. Barring some surprises, this is the way it should all shake out…
