I dont know how to start this so I guess Ill just get right to it. Ive written and deleted this about 10 times now in the past 5 minutes, because I just dont know how to word this, or ask for help. I said Ill just get right to it and thats what Ill do. I met the amazing Natalie Byrne through a website for people who have lost their eye, or the vision in their eye, a few weeks after my injury. Long story short, Natalie has been nothing but amazing, and truly an angel. She not only has helped me, but can relate as she lost the vision in her right eye as well through trauma. Anyway, where am I going with this... Natalie, as the amazing person that she is, has set up a GoFundMe account in my honor, to help pay for the expenses of surgeries and appointments I have had in the past 5+ months. Those of you who REALLY know me know I would much rather GIVE than take. I would much rather HELP than be helped. But I must put my pride aside. Im still not working, my bills, rent, medical... everything is piling up and Im not sure what I going to do. I have recently been contacted by a debt collector. Even after my life-changing injuries, of which I had NOTHING to do with, I am still being punished and penalized by the system for something completely out of my control. I guess what Im asking is for your help. This is very hard for me to do. Ive been sitting on this for a long time, and I am finally throwing my hands up. Every penny counts.... and I understand that times are tough and if nothing else, I just ask that you share this on your page, in any groups you may be a part of... anything... you never know who this may reach. I dont know what else I can do (aside from hit the lotto.... please God let me hit the lotto!) Thank you in advance for your help. As I said, even just sharing this will make a difference. I love you all very much and am so grateful to have your continued support!
