I dont know if I can properly convey my relief and happiness and hopefulness regarding THE VALUE OF coming across a therapist (recommended by another therapist by the way) who suggested making a road map for getting to the root of finally dealing with past traumas (something Ive intrinsically known but have been sad to have always felt smarter than said professional.....) the value of coming across someone who is in tune...its amazing....Many of us who struggle with our whatevers WE many of us KNOW what is at the root of it, but cannot begin to pick it apart and deal with it in order to move on. Many of us have several whatevers stacked one on top of one another, maybe requiring a bigger longer shovel and more patience on the part of all in order to dig through. Many of us are sometimes too embarrassed or have no funds or just not enough friends to support exploration. Rest in peace those who could not make it this far...the waters are very rough yes no matter how many surround......No matter how MUCH we are loved, some of us chose not to.....make it through.....
