I dont know if this happens to you-happens to me ALL the time. It seems I must have one of those faces per say where complete strangers approach me and not only start talking to me but also trust me with their intimate details of their life, their children and more. The other day I am at the gas pump and long story short, this older gentleman proceeds to tell me how his wife died 5 days ago, in her sleep they think it was a heart attack and so forth. He started the conversation with me by complaining about how one has to pay more at the pump when they use their credit card. I nodded and made a listening noise and started to pump my gas. He then said Ive had a headache for two days. I say Oh, Im sorry that cant be good and then he just lets loose. I was late to work b/c I did not know how to gentle move away from him. I finally did but then that same day in the afternoon I am in the grocery store and the woman ahead of me starts telling me all about these great candy bars, shes looking for them on the racks. I again make listening noises and I can tell shes still looking as I put my things up-shes ahead of me in line. All of a sudden she says I see them!, runs past me as says Can you watch my purse?. Ahhh, I guess. She just leaves everything and goes booking a few aisles over. Of course I watched her purse and she had to tell me and show me all about the bars when she got back. She did not share. These are just two recent examples of my life. I dont mind but I swear I have a sign on my front/back that says approach me. Sometimes it is weird I will confess, but its happened too many times for it to be a freak thing. Just thought Id share.
