Well Yeah I know at least 4 former Kingdom Seneschals, but I wisely do not have their phone numbers. That way they stay Friends... ;-) Naked Grants and Patents. WAY back in the day, in the MID, a Naked Grant was unheard off, until it was given. A Naked Grant or Patent, is a Grant of Arms, given without an award. A similar example might be (Ducking and covering under possible fire from Heralds) An Augmentation of Arms. Given without any other Award (and really, sh_t thats so cool, who cares if you get something else. ) Your, Lower level Art/Service awards often INCLUDE an AoA, should you not have one. Not a Naked AoA, which many of us have. But a Naked Patent, Just a Peer without an Order. AFAIK its not allowed by Corpora. But given the HooHaa, it might be a way to work around the BoD and NOT piss off the Chivs. Also as a Old Leftie, Its a way to exert pressure, without pissing off your Friends.
