I dont know when I have enjoyed attending GFU graduation as much as I did today! I went early and found a great parking space near the gymnasium. They had a perfect seat reserved for me, next to the aisle where the students and faculty march in. As they passed by, I could reach out and touch their hands and see their smiles up close! Thanks, Linda Sartwell. Many students and other friends stopped by to greet me. Hugs and kisses! I made it through the entire ceremony without having to leave early due to fatigue. I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the address by my old friend Richard Foster! Thank you, Richard! When I left the gym afterward, The Security staff brought my car right to the door, so I didnt get wet from the rain. What more could I ask? And when I got home, our daughter served pancakes with fresh local strawberries on top! WooHoo!
