I dont know where to start with this but I will try my best. UPDATE ON KIMS ANIMAL RESCUE Policia Local have a file an inch thick, they wanted to speak to me and Katrina to try to clarify the situation. I cannot say too much, but they have said that there is no way Kim can and will be allowed to carry on... the long and the short of it is she has to go... a process of legalities may take a month, possibly 2 at the most, but it is over, no matter what is being said, it is over, and non co operation with the police who have already been refused entry twice last week to her land, will only make things worse in as much as a court order will be sought if she does not allow them access tomorrow. As far as the animals go... this is not a happy scenario, as the police are only dealing with legal issues. and although this does include the licence on her premises, they can have no authority over making her release the animals... as the position stands... the shelter is officially closed... and the future is one of extreme seriousness... what the bottom line is... if Kim does not open her doors and her heart to handing over the dogs and cats of her own free will... then very soon they will be siezed as they are on illegal land. So... there is a 2 pronged wave here... the legalities of breaking the Law which is resulting in fines and could lead to prison sentence if non co operation... and then the fact that the animals will need to be released... of her own free will, to prevent them ultimately being siezed when their is no more time left.
