I dont know why standards are always the go to place to criticize - TopicsExpress

I dont know why standards are always the go to place to criticize or judge people. I just read a really disappointing status where someone judged a minister for preaching standards, but didnt think that ministers wife lived quite holy enough. Honey, you dont know that man, his marriage, or his heart. And you certainly dont know his wifes... What saddens me is this: NONE of us are holy enough. NONE of us are good enough. God loved and pitied each of us so that we might even be grafted in as Gentiles. We werent his holy, chosen people. Jews from the Middle East were. So, maybe you should check your white, middle-class judgment. Yes, thats right... let that sink in for you. Jesus and Gods FIRST chosen people were brown desert-dwelling people. We got here because a converted, bar-brawling Jewish sinner had a vision of dirty things floating on a blanket and felt God told him to extend the kindness to other races. Focus on your substance. Focus on your heart and what is coming out of your mouth. I mean, just because you own some keds, jeans skirts and can grow hair to the floor apparently doesnt make your mouth any more holy or less judgmental. Your mouth is gonna make you bust hell wide open.
