I dont know why they dont just drop everything. I think they should just drop everything. Give them all a diploma after 9th grade and tell them that they can go do what ever they want, or they can go to the rest of high school. Give them a few years to change their minds and come back if they do. All the kids that want to do something else besides school can do it and the schools will only have to deal with kids that want to be there. Tell the colleges we don;t do graduation any more, here is the student transcript. A large number of kids in high school are just going through the motions anyway.
