I dont like doing the nasty pictures of dog abuse, but I thought this was a good example of the free to a good home culture or the leaving the dog tied up outside a shop. This is a case of a little westie, Jude, he is now called Harry who was picked up and found to be repeatedly used as a bait dog. The lucky ones die quickly, but generally they are used over and over again, not fed or treated for their wounds, why waste money on it, its going to die anyway. This ended Happily for Harry, this was last year btw, but this is exactly why I was going for that woman who was trying to sell that husky she had found and not reported it
