I dont like it..it is stupid..it is unattractive..there is no point to it unless you want the rest of the world to know just how much of an idiot you are..goal achieved..but is it illegal..no its a form of expression..you dont have to employe them..you dont have to allow them in your place of business..you dont have to let them in your home..better yet just finish the job and pull them all the way down for them..sooner than later they will stop the habit around you..tested and proven..been there done that..I had fun doin it.
