I dont like retractable leashes, because of a random experience I had when walking the dogs. Last year, when Blue was still alive, I was walking the 3 dogs and a man on his phone, walking 2 teeny dogs wasnt paying attention and his dogs wrapped around me and my dogs and then I got stressed, then the dogs got stressed, and I kept asking him to please help me unwind the leashes, but he was on the phone.... ARRGGHHHH - this was before I learned about the wounds people get from these leashes. No one was hurt, I was just annoyed.
