I dont like the Facebook images of suffering or dead animals, - TopicsExpress

I dont like the Facebook images of suffering or dead animals, either, but fb is doing the correct thing in taking down public photos of anyones children that depict any level of nudity. No, I dont have a problem with those photos and I agree with the mother in the interview who wanted her children to grow up with innocence BUT she needs to understand the scary reality that they are growing up in a world where pedophiles and sickos go looking for those sorts of photos and may well stalk the families in order to abduct those children. As parents, it is our duty to protect our children from those dangerous animals in the facebook jungle who are actively hunting children, and putting anything public that may draw their interest is like throwing a bucket of blood around the campsite before setting up the tents: you WILL attract the predators. Facebook allows secret groups where you can have your photos exposed to ONLY those in the group (eg close friends and family) and they cant be seen by the general public - make use of those and do not expose your children to any more dangers than necessary. Life has always been a jungle and we learned to not send our children out alone into the forest where the hungry tigers roamed, and we need to learn that fb is another jungle - be aware of the predators hunting there.
