I dont like to share stuff like this. But I hope it goes viral because there needs to be change. This man (by all accounts: a great dad and totally peaceful guy) had been hassled by police repeatedly. If police consistently looked at me and decided I was a bad guy, I cant imagine how irate Id grow to be. Similar is the way the police can extract confessions from innocent people. Also horrible, and also based on profiling (either racial or economic). This NEEDS to be addressed. In Mr. Garners name, it needs to end. Some people are going to assume Im condemning ALL police officers. (Its a highly defensive world out there.) Im not. Many are excellent. But this behavior is too systemic to NOT be addressed. -- Cindi
