I dont make my business decisions, based on anyone else but MYSELF. If I feel like the business Im in isnt working out, I see my team not duplicating, or I lose passion about it or its products, then Im GONE. Remember, we are also CUSTOMERS to these online companies, they need to play their part and keep up the programs Intrigue and help, when help is needed. If support tickets cant be answered within 24-48 hours, you need more staff. These Companies are making Boatloads of MONEY from US, they should have the common sense to put it back in and make things better. If you cant do those these things, then you shouldnt have a company. Plain and Simple. Sure sign of slowing down? The company doesnt update their leaderboards and cuts the top25 into top10, fishy fishy? When we invest Time and Money into something like this, we expect things to be a certain way; Everything Working.
