I dont need to be a Detroit fan to say this is just stupid. I mean seriously you threw Miggy out in the middle of an at bat for nothing? He was not in your face, wasnt screaming at you about anything and you just threw him out. This is just an ump being on a little power trip and throwing out quite literally the best baseball player of the last 30 years(no I do not and never will count the cheaters who shoved needles up their asses in the late 90s) because he isnt playing for the big leagues. Miggy didnt do a thing wrong to warrant this ejection and the ump should be fined. Seeing as umps cannot be fired even if they clearly cant do their job correctly. Im gonna side with Leyland and Miggy on this one. Nice call ump, do your job right so the players can do theirs.
