I dont normally post complaints on FB but I was so frustrated today on my run to encounter two loose dogs. Thankfully they were friendly (I scooped up Winnie while Matt engaged the dogs). They followed is down the road a bit before heading back home. Of course we ran an out and back route today and we encountered them on the way back. These two sweet dogs had no invisible fence, they were not tied up and no one was home! Luckily the owners pulled up just as we passed their home and we gave them an earful about being responsible pet owners. I feel bad for the dogs; hope they dont get hit in the road.... If you cant properly care for an animal dont have them.
