I dont normally share stuff like this but here it goes. Ive not been feeling well for 3 weeks. My dad was ill and I caught it from him. I think. Any way after missing 2 weeks of work I went to the urgent care today because my fever spiked again. I just could not afford another day from my business or from work. I began to question my trip when I encountered the gate keeper. ( the receptionist) I explained that I could not find my updated insurance card with my married name. After she put me in under my previous name anyway. A bit of an argument ensued over the way my name had to be presented for them to get paid. Sigh. Then I went back and fell in love with the nurses. They asked me what was wrong. I said well Im not a doctor and I cant diagnose but I have bronchitis and a sinus infection. I told them the only reason I was there was because surely death was nigh. My blood pressure was high. They asked if I had white coat disease. Indeed I do. ( 25 years of misdiagnosis will jade a person ijs) Then she said for someone as sick as you obviously are you look gorgeous. My response was I know right? I knew then I had found a soul mate. Ps. Doc came in asked me what I had. My response was the same. As he left I asked so whats the diagnosis? His response dr. Me I believe you have bronchitis and a sinus infection. Well played sir.
