I dont post a lot, but need to share the neat experience I had flying this past week. If you know me well, you know that years ago, my friend Kay was detained at an airport, since then I have not enjoyed the whole security screening process. However, I have just returned from an awesome 12-day vacation with family & friends to Hawaii. My cousin had never flown before & because we spent a night in San Diego going each way, we had a total of 4 flights, imagine the dismay of us veteran flyers when she was chosen for pre check TSA. We couldnt believe her luck. We had some discussion on how they pick those people & I was sure I would never be picked because I had traveled with Kay on that fateful day, when, lo & behold I was chosen for pre check TSA on the last flight, you are treated like royalty, shoes can stay on, laptops can stay in the bag, they joke & laugh with you, quite a different experience, so often we share only the bad, we complain about how bad things are, felt the need to share a small delightful moment during our air travels, so, to my friend, Kay, I only hope that you someday experience this side of the security screening process!! BTW, I only smiled & made NO COMMENTS!!
