I dont read thru Facebook on a daily or regular basis but that being said when I do I have come to realize that for alot of us its a way to vent , blow off steam, talk shit or just have a good laugh. There are times when Im so passionate about something I speak on it. Sometimes I read and be quiet. Yesterday was one of those days when shit just hit the fan. Last night at work the Lord spoke to me as He always does, in His calm still voice in a moment of contemplation. (google it) This is how it went down. Part of my job entails that I go outside and clean an area around the outdoor pool among other duties. This area is about 50 yards from the lake. Sometimes I look out there when there is a full moon and I can just barely see the water. But when the wind is high and the surf is rough I cant see anything but I can hear the wind and the waves crashing all around. Sometimes I see one of the Ore boats all lit up way out there moving silently across the water. Other times, especially in storms, Im almost afraid to stand there. We wont even go into the temperature changes. I really didnt mean to go long so Ill wrap this up. Yesterday it was windy and nasty, today it was calm and the starts were out. This is how it is. Be thankful for the sunny days and when the storms come and when the winds blow take shelter, none of these will last forever. The old folks were right when they used to say: This too, shall pass. Both the sun, and the rain. Nothing lasts forever, except love. Thank you my friends for your love, for it does not fade like the wind.
