I dont recommend products on here often, but here is a list, in no particular order, of some companies that are doing things right, and that I think you should investigate. All of these companies make consistently good products, care about about something more than just profit margins, and would go twice around the world for their customers. Jen and I are proud to have them sponsoring our event on Saturday, so if youre coming perhaps youll get a little sample of each ; - ) Cracked Nut Butter Singularly delicious. Cracked Nut Butter is raw nuts, quality protein, coconut oil, and ghee. Great pre and post workout fuel, and--dare I say--a healthy comfort food? I have had a LOT of nut butters. Cracked is king. PaleoKits by Steves PaleoGoods Steves PaleoKits are the solution for nutrition on the go, AND 15% of all proceeds go back to the community to help at risk youth. EPIC bar Wholesome protein bars made from grass-fed meat. Had me one for lunch. Kettleguard Good technique is the best defense against bruised forearms when training with kettlebells. HOWEVER, why beat yourself up when you dont have to? Kettleguards are a way to protect your forearms when training with bells, and to learn the technique without the bruising. Primal Pit Paste A clean and wholesome deodorant. Nothing funky in it, works great, smells good. Gymboss Interval Timers Simple, easy-to-use interval timer. I was using my iPhone, but have found this much more reliable and less cumbrous. Its compact, and can clip onto your belt without you even knowing its there. Durable, too, as Ive thrown mine around quite a bit. The Dirt The most magnificent mineral based toothpaste one can imagine. Every time I scrub with The Dirt it feels like I just left the dentist. Very refreshing, and this is the first time since I got an electric dinosaur-shaped tooth as a kid that I actively look forward to brushing my teeth. I hope you enjoy these companies as much as I have and that they enrich your lives in some meaningful way. Strong ON! - Pat
