I dont seek these problems, but I cant run from them either. My solution was to find someone unimpeachable, respected by all, to render a decision. Did I steal a logo from Mr. Hardy Har and then lie about it. The proof presented by Mr. Hardy is this: I logged onto his website four years ago, and subscribed to his twitter feed three years ago, or something similar to that effect. The problem with his arguments, and the reason this evidence is meaningless is because our logos look nothing alike, so you can muster all the links, circumstantial evidence, rumor, hate, whatever you want and keep flinging it at me, but at the end of the day, since my logo is original and takes nada from yours, you cant prove I stole anything, and when you keep insisting I am lying, over and over, and you cant find anybody neutral who agrees with you.....thats how you lose a civil suit for defamation. Meanwhile, I will reach out to Ina May Gaskin and all the greatest saints I know and keep lobbying them to act as judge and I will accept their verdict, whether it be for me or against me, but I refuse to submit to a hate-filled bombardment of delusional paranoia and jealousy.
