I dont simply give someone something easily before they show their effort. Give your best first, later then you can ask opinion from your senior. This is how I learnt. I guess people nowadays always prefer spoonfed. But when I do give something, try to appreciate it nicely. Because others might have learnt it, get it through facing lot of hardships, while you just touch n go. Before asking my resume, you better show yours first, then I help/guide you.
