I dont think Ive ever been so glad that its the Summer Holidays now. (Crazy I know, since Ive got my little monkey full-time for about 6 weeks, but because Im totally soft, I do miss him so when hes at school and love being with him.) As lovely as all the school events have been this past term, there have been quite a few, and Im equally glad that they have come to an end (for now) as I am that I attended all of them and relished hearing about my sons (sweet, loving, cheeky, funny) growth at school and seeing his phenomenal performances around school with such pride and emotion. Everything else, like work, friends, (other peoples) drama, etc. seemed to have been more busy than usual in the past few months too. (I LOVE the Sun, and hate to say anything bad/negative about it, but I think it can bring people together more as well as heat things up. :-) ) So, today, chilled, very chilled, we are making a list, checking it twice and packing for Our real Kind of Christmas- Center Parcs for the week. So, I warn you, lots of photos will be posted over the next week and I might also sound very horizontal for a bit. ;-) Wishing you all- such lovely, sweet and beautiful friends and family, a really Wonderful Summer.
