I dont think age has anything to do with this accident! some kids have a better grip on some situations than others, i leave it up to the parents to decide, kids that are introduced to guns at an early age know what they can do. My kids got a single shot bolt action rifle at young ages and i was always with them when they used it! their first gun was a bb gun! I fell so bad for the little lady that will have to live with this.
