I dont think il be the only person surprised when the team sheet reads Lloris Dier, Kaboul, Jan, Rose capoue, mason Lamela Chadli Eriksen Adebayor Even though the system doesnt seem to suit any of the players. Again the wingers wont track back and give the lb/RB any cover. Time to try new things or maybe change some personnel. For a change (and not everyone will agree) Lloris Naughton, Fazio, jan rose Capoue Lennon Eriksen lamela Kane Soldado. This is the formation that I would play when we have the ball. Pushing the wingers wide and telling them to get their crosses in early. The strikers have been starved of service and with two up front then there are more options. then when we lose the ball maybe go back to the 4-2-3-1. But I think a positive formation and picking players on form would be a big step in the right direction. The team lacks confidence but needs variety if performances and results arent producing a end result and we have had no end result in most games. Some thing has to change and quickly. We arent going attract the big players being in the bottom half of the table. PM
