I dont think that people realize in order to gather and protest in the streets and block traffic rather than just on a sidewalk peacefully, (remember this does not include business properties or other homes) they must obtain a permit and give a notice in advance to the day they plan on protesting. So even if the ferguson protesters were peaceful, theyre doing so illegally and therefore the police have every right to disperse them. If you guys want to make noise, make sure you do it the right way. Im all for peaceful protest. Thats your constitutional right, but rights are relative not absolute. Im not gonna say whether or not I agree or disagree with the grand jury decision.
