I dont try to read too many local news stories that are sad or vicious in nature, because I am well aware of the dirt bags that I share this planet with. But today, I read about little Scotty McMillan, a three-year-old boy who was tortured to death by his mom and her boyfriend. I am having such a visceral reaction to this story. Like, I want to cry and scream and hurt these people in the most awful manner I can imagine. Kids are the most innocent and beautiful part about this world. To hurt any one of them, in any way, its just...the most evil thing. Today more than ever, I am hoping karma exists. And I hope it comes for them in the most cataclysmic and profound way conceivable. Hug your kids, folks. Realize you are privileged to raise them. And then do the best damn job you can.
