I dont understand how someone can rent a house from someone & treat it with complete & utter disrespect... The poor owners (of the house behind me) are pulling out so much stuff, gagging, dry-retching & talking about the extent of repairs that need to be done to the property... I have been in this house for so long & have never had any complaints... because I treat it as if it were my own! If I had one, it would be so heartbreaking to walk in & see my investment property trashed :(
