I dont understand how this is legal. Surely, Apple, who supply Phones4U with the product, which is then bought, have to send the customers the product at the very least. I cant understand how you can pay for something and then legally they can basically scam you to try and reduce what is probably thousands if not millions of £s of debt. To pay back all 136 customers money probably amount for about £1.5k which is undoubtedly not even 1% of the debt which administrators will have to find magically by selling assets...which have already been bought by 136 customers. Gee, whizz...This world, huh!?
