I dont understand this thing of giving Man of the match awards to defesive players. I would give it to offensive players like Teko Modise. Pitso Mosimane on Katsande[Player of the season picks ]. This, coming from a profeional coach is way too hypoctritic and dissapointing. A reasonable argument would have been that so and so perfomed better than this one not because a player is defensive so he can not win awards. This guy is too amateurish. He is simple undermining the importance of defensive players in football. My question is, would he have said that it he perceived Schut/Kekana to win it? Was it going to be this case of moaning about a defensive player likely to take it over an offensive player? Does not make sense at all!! #14
