I dont understand why people think raising minimum wage will fix anything. The only jobs that pay minimum wage are places youd be working at as a high schooler. 7.25 is perfect for a kid in high school. Then once you graduate make yourself worth more! Prove to employers you can do something and Im sure you can get those higher paying jobs! Even if minimum wage is raised prices on everything else will raise too! Inflation, morons. And those people making 10 an hour already are gonna assume theyre employers will up their pay just because its minimum wage? Employers will not do anything they dont have to do. If youre making what the state requires theyre not gonna up that?
