I dont use Facebooks messenger app anymore because its just terrible and annoying, not because its some sinister force out to pry into your personal information. This is one of the most conspiratorial and idiotic rantings based upon nothing that Ive ever come across. The writer actually starts by claiming that he/she is a champion for the people stating, If i dont do this no one will. There is nothing in the messenger apps terms of use agreement that isnt in EVERY OTHER terms of use agreement, for every other social media app you have. Just about all of it is either for demographics purposes or to be able to upload pictures and sound at your discretion. You have the ability to attach a photo or sound clip to a message right? The only way they can legally help you do that is by first obtaining your permission to use said material. I love how people seem to think of Facebook as a maniacal super villain sitting in an ominous throne-like chair with steepled fingers and cackling. Lol. Seriously, who are you that they really care to take control of your device? And how would that benefit them?
